8. Third-Party Services

- Google OAuth — optional sign-in via Google. Data shared only with your explicit authorisation.
- Cloudinary / file storage — property images stored securely, not shared externally.
9. International Transfers
Our servers are located in the EU. Google Analytics data may be transferred to the United States under Google's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
